Biography
Rossellini, called Charley by Francis Reagan, was the District Attorney of New York County. He decided to run for Mayor of New York City in 2011 and lost the election. He has one sister whose sons he occasionally looks after to give her a break. One of those times, he took them to the slot car track at the Kensington place where he saw a photo of Erin and her brothers[1].
Although Rossellini was on the job for ten years before finishing law school, Frank stated Rossellini carried himself similar to a politician[2]. Frank's opinion was confirmed when he was able to convince Rossellini to help re-open the Webster Community Learning Center. Since the Webster Community Learning Center became closed due to a case. Frank emphasized to Rossellini how reopening the learning center would be seen as a good political gesture.
Rossellini had a romantic interest in Erin and repeatedly tried to have her date him. After one evening drinking, she kissed him[3]. However, they never took their relationship further due to the political ramifications of a romantic relationship, especially if Rossellini were to be elected Mayor of New York City.
