"Framed" is the twelfth episode of the third season of Blue Bloods. In this episode, Danny's car matches an NYPD description of a vehicle involved in a drug deal and he is taken into custody when cocaine is found in the back.

Synopsis

When Danny connects several assault victims through their bookie Kate points out that the bookie would have a black book that could break the case. He requests a search warrant from ADA Ward. After work, Danny stops by a bakery the family loves, Wojcik's, to order the cake that Linda asked him to get. On his way home he is pulled over because his vehicle matches the description of a vehicle involved in a drug deal nearby. He allows the officer to look in his Jeep and is surprised to see cocaine in there before he is taken into custody. Frank calls a family meeting to discuss the case and make it clear to Linda that they cannot get involved which she is upset about. Later, Henry secretly enlists Erin's ex-husband Jack Boyle to represent Danny. Meanwhile, Danny's off-duty weapon turns up missing before being used in the murder of the bookie that they were investigating. Elsewhere, Garrett Moore's investigation has turned up something but Frank can't hear it so he goes to Kate instead. Jamie then pays a visit to the bakery owner who swears to him that Danny wasn't there. Danny starts to put things together when his neighbor, who is snooping around at night, tells him that he saw an unmarked car out front the day his gun went missing.
