"Privilege" is the third episode of the first season of Blue Bloods. In this episode, Erin, Frank, and Danny must work together to get justice when the main suspect in a rape has diplomatic immunity.  


A series of sexual assaults turns into rape and the primary suspect is protected by diplomatic immunity. Danny Reagan and Detective Ava Hotchkiss must try to find justice without causing an international incident. Kelly Davidson uses her relationship with Frank Reagan to get the scoop and Frank is not pleased. While trying to help Danny make his case, Frank asks Erin Reagan to look into other ways to get around the diplomatic immunity issue. Meanwhile, Jamie Reagan spots a suspicious man and Anthony Renzulli is pleased when he makes his first gun collar.
