Timothy Busfield is an American actor, producer, and director. He's known for his roles as Elliot Weston in thirtysomething, Kevin Costner's brother-in-law Mark in Field of Dreams, and Danny Concannon in The West Wing. He made a guest appearance as Charles Bynes in the CBS crime drama television series Blue Bloods in the Season 2 episode, "Leap of Faith".
